Getting ready for the school year.
There are some things you need to know to be ready for school. On this page you will find information that will help you get ready for enrollment in our school.
Physicals and Shots
Students who will go to 6th grade, and kindergarten students, will need to get physicals before they can attend school. Our school Nurses can do physicals for 6th graders if you schedule an appointment. Students will not be allowed to stay at school if they do not have completed physicals and shot records. If you need more information you can contact the school Nurses at 866 3587 and ask for Nurse Melinda or Nurse Bridgett.
To enroll in Russell Springs Elementary as a new student you will need the following.
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
School physical, eye exam and shot records
Physical Address within Russell County
Supply List For 2009 -2010
